Between June 10, 2022 and June 13, 2022, Idea::Bank's legal entity clients will be transferred to Banca Transilvania, which means that by June 10, 2022 you will be able to access your accounts, products and services from Idea::Bank also through Idea::Bank.
The new IBAN
The legal entity you represent will have a new account once you move to BT. Recommendation: contact your collaborators in advance to send them the new IBAN, they will need it for payments made from June 14, 2022. How to find out the new IBAN:

- BT units.
Transactions through accounts
June 10, 2022 is the last day as an Idea::Bank client.
Recommendation: make all expected payments, including installments, by 10 June 2022 at the latest.
Cheques and promissory notes will be cashed out quickly
- If you have cheques and promissory notes receivable, issued before June 10, 2022, but with a maturity after this date, please fill them in with the new IBAN BT. In this way, they will be settled quickly, within 4 working days, from the moment of their submission on the circuit, depending on the date of issue (in the case of cheques) and the due date (in the case of promissory notes).
- If you have checks and promissory notes payable, preprinted with IBAN Idea::Bank, with the maturity after June 10, 2022, they will go through the settlement circuit of maximum 11 working days from the moment of depositing the instruments with the bank.
BT cards
Instead of credit cards from Idea::Bank we provide you with matching cards from the BT offer. Recommendation: go to BT in advance, to the unit mentioned in the information from us, for the collection of the cards. You will be able to use them from June 14, 2022.
Loans you had at Idea::Bank to be transferred to BT
If the legal entity you represent has contracted loans from Idea::Bank, they will be transferred, by contract assignment, to BT. It costs you nothing and nothing is lost, the characteristics you had at Idea::Bank you will find in BT. After taking over your relationship with Idea::Bank by Banca Transilvania, the relationship manager at the branch to which you were assigned will contact you and assist you regarding the credits of the legal entity you represent.
Conventions for the transfer of wages
If you have an agreement on the transfer of salaries to Idea::Bank, by June 10, 2022, it will have to be resigned with BT, so that, starting with June 14, 2022, the payment of salaries will be made through Banca Transilvania, from a dedicated account. The BT team managing this payroll transfer agreement will contact you and/or visit you between May and June 2022.
Banking with B T

Recommendation: familiarize yourself with the BT program:
1. BT branches and agencies are open from Monday to Friday, between 9.00-17.00/17.30, with the following specifications:
- agencies operating in certain shopping centers in the country are open including Saturdays and Sundays;
- some BT agencies only ensure cashless operations;
- the visit to a BT facility can be scheduled online;
- to check a unit's opening hours, the type of operations allowed or to make an appointment, please visit the Banca Transilvania website/Units and ATMs.
2. The processing schedule of the transactions carried out can be consulted on the BT website.
