    • The cost of the insurance is calculated based on the data entered in the application, the characteristics of the car and the age of your driving license. You will see all available offers before you pay.

    RAPID HELP

    If you were involved in an accident, in order to have your car repaired through your own insurance company, you must: 

    - The accident must have occurred in Romania

    - Both cars must be registered in Romania 

    - No more than 2 passenger cars may be involved 

    - No casualties 

    If you're a BT customer, open the BT Pay app, go to the Insurance section, and there you'll find the RCA Insurance option. 

    After that, all you have to do is:

    - Enter your license plate number or take a photo of your vehicle registration and ID (P.S. Some fields are already filled in to make it super easy)

    - Choose the plan that's right for you from among several insurers

    - You pay directly through the app 

    - Your policy stays in the app, and you can view and download it at any time. Plus, you'll find details about your coverage, payment history, and the policy's validity period. 

    Yes. You can pay for your insurance policy in full or in 3, 6, or 12 installments if you choose to pay with a cardSTAR.

    BT Pay makes sure you don't forget: you'll receive automatic notifications 60 days, 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before your policy expires. You'll have plenty of time to prepare and renew your policy without any stress.

    You can download your RCA policy directly from the app after making and confirming your payment. However, if the download didn't work or you can't find the policy on the first page of the RCA section, please contact us at vanzari@btbroker.ro and we'll help you.
