Pillar 3 is your voluntary privately managed voluntary pension, i.e. the money you voluntarily accumulate for your future pension. 👍
In this scheme, you can contribute both as an employee - on your own account and through your employer - on your own behalf, as a form of fringe benefit.
The monthly voluntary pension contribution is tax-deductible up to a maximum of €400 💶 for the employee and fully tax-deductible for the employer contributing on your behalf.
The money you contribute to your voluntary pension is in your name and only you can dispose of it. 😮
Pillar 1 is the state pension you'll get after you retire each year. 👴
Your state pension is a percentage of your final salary before you retire. This percentage 📉 decreases every year.
According to EFOR estimates, if for those retiring now, the monthly state pension is about 48% of final salary, for those retiring in 2040 (i.e. those who are now 45 years old), the state pension will be about 24% of final salary. 😉
If you joined the optional pension fund through BT Pay, you can change the amount of your contribution directly from BT Pay. Otherwise, you complete - Application to Change Contract Terms and email the signed form to contact@btpensii.ro. 😉
Do good
for your future
Direct from BT Pay, you can choose the right optional private pension to suit your lifestyle.
