Idea::Bank customers will receive personalized information in the next period
Idea::Bank customers will receive in the next period, starting with May 10, by e-mail and/or by mail, a personalized information from BT and Idea::Bank.
What does it contain?
All the details regarding the products and services offered by BT, the equivalent of Idea::Bank, as a result of the assignment of contracts.
What about the integration of Idea::Bank into the BT Group? It is ongoing until June 13, and from June 14, Idea::Bank customers who become BT customers will be able to access the products and services exclusively through Banca Transilvania.
