What IBAN you have at BT
A relationship with the bank does not exist without the IBAN. 😊
Once the banking product contracts that you now have at Idea::Bank will be assigned to Banca Transilvania, you will have another IBAN, which you can use starting with June 14th, a.c., as a BT customer. We have communicated this new IBAN through the notification you received or are going to receive in the next days by post and by e-mail. But you can find it out in other ways.
If you use idea::myBank service, it will operate until June 10, 2022, 13:00, and from June 14 you are welcome among BT24 or NeoBT users - Internet and Mobile Banking. The phone version can be downloaded from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.
Alternatives for finding out the BT IBAN, starting with May 10, 2022

- BT Call Center dedicated to Idea customers: 0800 800 881, +40 264 308 014, ideaBT@btrl.ro
- BT Pay app: after picking up the card from BT, downloading the app and registering the new BT card in BT Pay.
- BT Visual Help application: call 0264 308 000, and we send you an SMS with an access link.
Also, one option is NeoBT (Mobile and Internet Banking),which can be called from June 14 a.c.

- The IBAN is a unique code, used internationally, to identify a client's account opened with a bank. It consists of 24 digits and letters.
