If you are between 8 and 14, your parent can activate Kiddo on their account
If you're aged between 14 and 18, have a Romanian-issued ID card and don't have a BT account, your parent can activate Kiddo, again only on their account
You need a card in your name and access to the app - both of which your parents can help you with, directly from their BT Pay
