IMM PLUS
IMM PLUS at a glance
IMM Plus is a government working capital and investment loan programme for SMEs and large companies in Romania.
All types of funding (components of the state aid scheme: SME Romania Plus, Agro PLUS, SME Prod Plus, Construct Plus, Innovation Plus and Rural Plus) are guaranteed by the state, you just need to find out which one is right for your business.
Benefits
Maximum amount of funding
- You can get up to 5 million for financing current activity or a maximum of 10 million for investment.
If you access Agro PLUS for a business in primary agriculture, aquaculture and fish farming, the maximum amount of funding is 5 million lei.
Steps to follow on the IMM website

Apply on the website IMM Invest
You select the fund you want to issue your government guarantee and BT as your partner bank in the programme.

Fill in the data online
You fill in the identification data, sign electronically and attach the SME declaration.

You receive a registration number and a confirmation message
If the data is correct, the FNGCIMM/FGCR/FRC will issue the agreement in principle on the eligibility of your business.

We contact you
One of our colleagues will get in touch with you to work out the next steps together.

We check documents
If the documents are in order, we issue the decision on the transaction and send it to the FNGCIMM/FGCR/FRC for final analysis.

You get the final answer
As soon as we receive the FNGCIMM/FGCR/FRC decision on the granting of the guarantee we will send it to you.
What documents you need
- The last three annual balance sheets together with the related balance sheets and receipts
- Last completed quarterly trial balance
- Tax attestation certificate
- Tax and judicial record of administrators
- Legal-constitutive approval regarding the contracting of the loan
- Legal-constitutive approval regarding the contracting of the loan
- Documents for the proposed collateral, if the loan is secured by collateral
