What documents do you need?

Are you the legal representative of the company? That's easy. All you need to open an online account is your ID card.


If you are not eligible to open an online account, we will be waiting for you in a BT branch with the following documents: 

➤ the articles of association of the company

➤ Certificate of Registration with the Trade Register

➤ the certificate issued by the ONRC no later than 30 days before the documents for opening the account are submitted to the bank

➤ if you are a non-resident, you need all the above documents legalized and translated into Romanian and a copy of the VAT registration number of your country of residence*
