What is BT Alert?
BT Alert permanently informs you through messages on your mobile phone, about your account balance, but also about the receipts and payments in your account. You have permanent control and you find out in maximum 15 minutes information about the transactions made.
What information do I get, exactly?

Daily balance of your account
- m Receipts
- m Garnished garnishes instituted
- m Checks, promissory notes and bills of bills of ladings
- m Refusals to pay debit instruments
- m Payments
You can choose, of course, one or more of the above notifications, the accounts for which to receive notifications and up to 5 phone numbers on which to receive the SMS.
Notifications are sent from Monday to Saturday between 08:00-20:00 , and for those sent after 20:00 you will receive a message the next day, after 08:00.
What does the message contain?
- Current account IBAN and available balance at the selected time
- Current account IBAN
- Amount collected and details of receipt
- Type and series of the instrument
- Amount
- Name of the beneficiary
- Account funding deadline
- Type and series of the instrument
- Amount
- Name of payer
- Type of refusal, amount refused and code
- Current account IBAN
- Amount paid and payment details
How much does it cost me?
- Subscription with 40 SMS included: 10 lei/month
- Subscription with 80 SMS included: 20 lei/month
For additional notifications, which exceed the number included in the monthly subscription, the fee is 0.5 lei / SMS.
How do I get it?
There are 3 ways you can request BT Alert:
- In any BT drive
- Via BT24 Internet Banking, going to the Online Subscription section, and then BT Alert
- By phone, by a call to the Call Center: 0264 308 028 / *8028 (callable from any national network, fixed or mobile)
