From NeoBT, you have online access to your accounts and you can do all the operations you do now from BT24. In addition, you get additional functionality.

What is BT Alert?

BT Alert permanently informs you through messages on your mobile phone, about your account balance, but also about the receipts and payments in your account. You have permanent control and you find out in maximum 15 minutes information about the transactions made.

What information do I get, exactly?

  • m Checks, promissory notes and bills of bills of ladings
  • m Refusals to pay debit instruments

You can choose, of course, one or more of the above notifications, the accounts for which to receive notifications and up to 5 phone numbers on which to receive the SMS.

Notifications are sent from Monday to Saturday between 08:00-20:00 , and for those sent after 20:00 you will receive a message the next day, after 08:00.

How much does it cost me?

  • Subscription with 40 SMS included: 10 lei/month
  • Subscription with 80 SMS included: 20 lei/month

For additional notifications, which exceed the number included in the monthly subscription, the fee is 0.5 lei / SMS.
