Here are the 3 steps to take to report that you have received a message from BT that was not meant for you:
- enter the email address where you received the message that was not meant for you
- we will send you a code on the e-mail you entered, which you will have to fill in to validate that the address belongs to you
- after validating the email address, you give us some details, so we can identify and remedy the situation
