The BT Visa UNTOLD UNTOLD card has a new design inspired by the festival theme and new benefits

• The theme of this year's UNTOLD and the BT card is Mother Nature.  
• BT has been the official UNTOLD bank since the first edition of the festival.

The BT Visa UNTOLD virtual card, for UNTOLD fans using the BT Pay app, comes with a new animated design inspired by this year's festival theme, Mother Nature, as well as new benefits.

BT Visa UNTOLD is a virtual-only debit card in lei, with no issuance or administration costs. Launched last year, the card has a different design, inspired by the creative design of each UNTOLD festival.

The rewards and benefits that come with the BT Visa UNTOLD UNTOLD card in 2024: 

• Full festival experience (5) for people who apply for the card between July 3 - July 21, which includes: a ticket to UNTOLD 2024 Cluj-Napoca, accommodation, backstage tour, etc.
• 15% discount on the purchase of official UNTOLD products at the festival;
• 12% discount on BlackCab services during the festival (August 7 - 12, 2024);
• Discount of up to 6% through Booking.com, depending on the type of accommodation chosen, paid with the BT Visa UNTOLD card, based on an access link;
• 20% discount on consultations in the private health network Regina Maria, from July 15 to October 15, 2024, when paying with the BT Visa UNTOLD card;
• 15% discount at MyGeisha, when paying with the BT Visa UNTOLD UNTOLD card online and in stores;
• 25% success fee (instead of 30% standard fee) for Air Refund in case of flight delay or cancellation.

For customers who already have the BT Visa UNTOLD card:
The card design is changing in the BT Pay app from July 3, gradually.

For people who want a BT Visa UNTOLD card :

• The card can only be applied for online, from the BT Pay/Card Adding app. It is issued instantly via BT Pay and can be used immediately, also via the app.
• The BT Pay app can be downloaded from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.

The cashless payment experience at UNTOLD, via the festival wristband, is provided by Banca Transilvania. In 2023, one out of three bank cards used at UNTOLD to charge the festival wristband - out of almost 90,000, from 108 countries - was one of BT's cards.
