Mobile Banking involves the performance of banking operations through the Internet, as a result of the allocation, by the BANK, to the USER, for his personal use or exclusively for the use of the person he represents, of certain rights (non-exclusive, limited and revocable) of access to the Mobile Banking service / application.In order to use the Mobile Banking service / application: the purchase of the necessary hardware and software (smartphone with functional operating system that to include an internet browser), the necessary licenses, the provision of internet connection, are the sole responsibility of the CLIENT.

Minimum technical requirements

The bank ensures the operation of the banking transaction system through the Mobile Banking service on the operating systems: Symbian – S40/S60 (S40 edition 6 or the following) Blackberry (version 4.6 or the following), Android (version 1.5 or the following) or on the Safari browser (iPhone). Banca Transilvania's mobile app can be installed on Android version 2.3 and iOS version 4.3. from dedicated stores (Play store – for Android, respectively Itunes – for iOS).

The bank will not be responsible for the non-functioning/malfunctioning of the application for reasons related to the operation of the user's electronic equipment through which the BT NEO is accessed.

Mobile Banking Service

The Bank has the right to block the Client's access to the Mobile Banking application when it has reasonable suspicions that the Client's identification / access elements in the application are used by unauthorized persons and / or in a fraudulent way (including in the situation when there are suspicions of fraud through "phishing" attacks). The client may request the deactivation of the mobile banking option directly from any BancaTransilvania unit, at least 30 days before the requested date for restricting access or directly from the internet-banking application, secure messaging. The client may renounce this service only with the prior fulfillment of the obligation to pay in full the registered debts to the bank.
