Green real estate-mortgage loan
Conditions for granting
To get this credit you must have:
- class A energy certificate - this is a document that is required when a sale/purchase, rental or acceptance of work on a building is carried out for newly constructed buildings; for newly constructed buildings, the certificate is obtained by the owner of the building and is included in the documentation required for the acceptance of work, keeping it in the technical book of the construction
- an advance of at least 15% for credit in lei
- salary, pension or other stable income for at least 3 months
- good payment behaviour
The documents you need
- identity card
- ANAF agreement to verify your income (you receive it and sign it at our headquarters)
- documents showing the price of the property for which you are applying for credit (e.g. a preliminary sales contract)
- property deeds of the real estate taken under warranty (e.g. cf extract)
- the valuation report showing its market value (if you need it, we can help you with it)
Documents for the real estate brought under warranty
- deed of ownership of it (e.g. authentic contract of sale of purchase)
- updated CF extract (you receive it and sign it at our headquarters)
- cadastre / sketch / survey for the building under warranty
- conclusion of tabulation of the property right for the real estate brought under warranty
- the valuation report showing its market value (if you need it, we can help you with it)
The documents of the asset for which you ask for the loan
- energy performance certificate class A
- pre-contract of sale-purchase or authenticated sale-purchase contract
- proof of payment of the advance (e.g. account statement, deposit, payment order, mention in the pre-contract, contract)
Other details
- you have a grant period of maximum 30 years
- find out on the spot the amount you can get and you have 45 days to quietly search for your desired property
- you have a minimum grant period of 2 months and a maximum of 30 years
- you can take the loantogether with your partner /life partner , spouse, children, brothers / sisters, brothers-in-law / sisters-in-law and / or your parents / parents / parents of the wife
- we accept a wide range of income – income from salaries, pensions, daily allowances, rents, dividends, independent activities, life annuities, intellectual property rights

The change in the benchmark, the fluctuation of own income, as well as the change in the exchange rate may influence the possibility of paying the loan instalments or the total amount to be paid.
