    To benefit from interest-free installments, all you have to do is mention in the physical locations of the partner stores that you want to pay in installments or online by selecting the payment solution specified on each Star partner's page.

    Will I receive STAR points for installment trades?

    To get STAR loyalty points, you need to pay in full through a BT POS ⭐ ⭐

    It's also good to know: if you opt for interest-free installment payments for these transactions, you won't receive STAR points.  

    My card expires. What can I do to get a new one?

    If you have a card that is about to expire, you can have it delivered to your home by courier by clicking on the link here after receiving an SMS on the phone number provided by the bank.  

    You need to pay 14,99 lei.

    And then we'll send you a code via SMS for secure authentication.

    Until the new card arrives, you can use the old one. You can also get your new card digitally for free in BT Paywhere you can use it for all kinds of transactions.
