The fees charged by Banca Transilvania for the interbank transactions include the TRANSFOND fees charged by the two entities as administrators of the SENT settlement systems, respectively regis, as follows:
For receipts made on the basis of debit payment instruments by electronic compensation, the TRANSFOND commission is 0.88 lei / collection;
For the debt payment instruments refused, the TRANSFOND commission is 0.55 lei / refusal;
For payments with a payment order, the fees charged by TRANSFOND are:
0.51 lei / payment for transactions between 0 - 49,999.99 lei, TRANSFOND commission for processing through SENT system;
RON 6.00 / payment for transactions > RON 50,000 (inclusive) or any amount settled as a matter of urgency for processing through reGIS system.

The SEPA payment is that payment which cumulatively meets the following conditions:
is a payment in EUR;
is an orderly payment under "normal" (without urgency) regime, with SHA fee;
the beneficiary bank is a bank from one of the sepa countries and has joined the Sepa payment schemes.
The SEPA space consists of:
The Member States of the European Union:;
Euro area countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Slovenia;
Non-euro area countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and the United Kingdom;
Member States of the European Economic Area (EEA): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway;
Switzerland and Monaco.
SEPA will also be extended to the following territories, considered part of the European Union (Art. 299 Treaty of Rome): Martinique, Guadalupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the Aland Islands.
In the case of SEPA payments, Banca Transilvania will not charge a correspondent bank fee.
Commission for processing and communication in emergency regime for making payments in foreign currency:

The emergency processing and communication fee shall be charged together with the fees related to the operation. The operation commissioned in emergency regime is carried out on the same day the currency date or the currency date - the next working day (for payments made between 09:00 - 18:00), and the final swift message is sent to the branch on the day of the operation.
NOTE: In addition to Transilvania Bank's fees, in the case of payments in foreign currency to other banks, in the case of transfers with the SHA option (except for SEPA payments) and OUR, correspondent bank fees will be charged, the amount of which is set by them.

4. DSP payments ** (payments to countries in Europe) - include payments to DSP countries in DSP currencies.
The DSP coinsused in Banca Transilvania: Danish krone (DKK), Swiss franc (CHF), British pound (GBP), Norwegian krone (NOK), Polish zloty (PLN), Czech krone (CZK), leu (RON), Swedish krone (SEK), Hungarian forint (HUF).
PLEASE NOTE: DSP payments can only be made with SHA fees. No payments can be made under the DSP under ben commissioning regime.
For non-DSP** and non-SEPA payments, intermediary banks' fees shall be communicated to customers and withheld after payment has been made; they shall be borne as follows:
In the case of payments with the option "OUR" by the BT customer authorising the payment;
In the case of payments with the option "BEN" by the payee;
In the case of payments with the 'SHA' option, the payment officer shall bear the commission of the correspondent bank of BT, the rest of the fees being borne by the beneficiary.

Payments in USD - correspondent bank fee is $ 15
For currency payments that require changes (e.g. mismatch between name and recipient account, payee account and foreign currency sent) it is possible for the recipient bank to withhold an additional fee (repair charges); in this case, the commission requested by the beneficiary bank / modified currency payment shall be communicated to BT's customers and shall be withheld after the payment has been made, as they are received from the beneficiary bank.
PROCESSING TIMETABLE
BT24 TRANSACTIONS
1. Transfers between own accounts of lei and foreign currency - are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Internal transfers sent from Monday to Saturday after 20:00, Sunday, as well as those sent on non-working days will be processed instantly, the accounting balance will be affected with the date of the first bank working day and will be found on the statements of the first working day.
In the case of credit card accounts held by individuals, the monthly due date is considered the 25th (twenty-fifty) of each month. If this day is a non-working day, the borrower (cardholder) has the obligation to deposit the minimum payment amount by the nearest working day before the said date, no later than 20:00.
Transfers transmitted without funds from Monday to Friday, after 17:30, Saturday and Sunday after 11:30 are automatically refused.
2. Payment orders in RON – interbank and intra-banking – are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as follows:
2.1 Payment orders in RON interbank
The small value payments addressed to the commercial banks in Romania (under RON 50,000) processed from Monday to Friday, until 13:00 during the T working day, will be presented in the electronic clearing system on the same day; W Those processed after 13:00 will be presented in electronic compensation on the T+1 business day; High-value payments addressed to commercial banks in Romania (over or equal to RON 50,000) or those marked as urgent, processed from Monday to Friday, until 15:00 during the T working day, will be presented in the electronic compensation system on the same day; Cle processed after 15:00 will be presented in the electronic compensation system on day T+1; The interbank payments in RON processed on Saturday (non-bank working day), Sunday or non-working days will be highlighted on the account and will be presented in the electronic T-day compensation system (the next working banking day); the interbank ransfers transmitted on working days from Monday to Friday after 19:00, Saturday after 13:30, Sunday as well as those transmitted on non-working days will be processed instantly, the accounting balance will be affected with the date of the first banking working day and will be found on the statements of the first working banking day.

2.3 Utility payments to collecting accounts in Banca Transilvania are processed 24 out of 24, 7 days a week
For transactions signed from Monday to Friday after 19:00, Saturday after 13:30, Sunday and non-working days, the account balance is affected instantly, the transaction will be recorded in the account with the date of the first banking business day.
Transfers transmitted without funds from Monday to Friday, after 17:30, Saturday and Sunday after 11:30 are automatically refused.
3. Payment orders in foreign currency
It is processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as follows:
3.1 Payment orders in interbank currency
Payment orders in interbank currency, in emergency regime, processed during the T-day, between 09:00 - 18:00 will be settled with a maximum of the T+1 currency date; payment orders in interbank currency processed during the T-day between 09:00-18:00, will be settled with a maximum of the T+3 currency date; interbank foreign currency payment orders received outside the aforementioned intervals, will be processed 24 out of 24, 7 days a week and will be entered in the settlement circuit on the next banking business day according to the first 2 previous points mentioned.
3.2 SEPA payment ordersÂ
Sepa payments signed during day T, will be sent to the beneficiary bank on the next working banking day (T+1) and will be displayed as follows:
in the statement generated for the T-day if the transaction was signed from Monday to Friday until 17:00.
in the statement generated for the day T+1 (the following banking day) if the transaction was signed from Monday to Friday after 17:00, Saturday or Sunday or on non-working days.
3.3 Payment orders in intra-bank currency, regardless of value - are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Â
Transfers transmitted without funds from Monday to Friday, after 17:30, Saturday and Sunday after 11:30 are automatically refused.
4. Payment orders to the State Treasury
It is processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as follows:
The payments of small value (under 50,000 lei) having as beneficiary the State Treasury processed during day T until 13:00 will be presented in compensation on the same day; those processed after 13:00, will be presented in the electronic compensation system on day T+1; high-value payments (over 50,000 lei) or those marked as emergencies, having as beneficiary the State Treasury processed during day T until 15:00 will be presented in compensation on the same day; those processed after this time will be presented in compensation during the day T+1. Transfers transmitted without funds from Monday to Friday, after 17:30, Saturday and Sunday after 11:30 are automatically refused.
5. Currency exchanges and conversions
It is processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as follows:
From Monday to Friday - between 9:00 and 17:30 without amount limit; between 00:00 - 09:00 and 17:30 - 24:00 up to a maximum of 50,000 lei / day (equivalent of another currency). Currency exchanges and conversions transmitted without funds from Monday to Friday, after 17:30, Saturday and Sunday after 11:30 are automatically refused.
Negotiated currency exchanges and conversionsÂ
it is processed from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:30.
If there is not enough available after signing an exchange / conversion made at a negotiated rate, it will be automatically refused.
6. Western Union Transactions
It is processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If there is not enough available after signing an exchange / conversion made at a negotiated rate, it will be automatically refused.
7. Orders for the establishment / liquidation of deposits
It is processed from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 19:00.
Orders filled after the cut-off time or on non-working days will be processed on the next banking day. In these circumstances, the authorisation of such orders is at the discretion of the customer, who may either authorise them on the current day or wait until the next banking day. Saturday , between 08:30 and 13:30.
Orders filled in after the deadline or on non-working days will be processed on the bank day immediately following. In these circumstances, the authorization of those orders remains at the discretion of the client, who can either authorize them on the current day or wait until the second banking working day.Sunday and on non-working days – the Deposit establishment orders transmitted without funds from Monday to Friday, after 17:30, Saturday and Sunday after 11:30 are not operated, it is automatically refused.
Negotiated deposits
It is processed from Monday to Friday - from 09:00 to 17:30; negotiated deposits can only be liquidated in the BT unit, not through BT 24.
If there is not enough available to set up a negotiated deposit, after signing the instruction, it will be automatically refused.
8. Phone card uploads
It is processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If there is not enough available after signing the transaction, it will be automatically refused.
9. Acquisition of vignettes
It is processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If there is not enough available after signing the transaction, it will be automatically refused.
The processing of salary files exported from the Flex SAL application is carried out only on working banking days, from Monday to Friday between 8:30-19:00. Outside of these time slots, imported files are pending.
