    Privacy notice on the processing of personal data for the purpose of monitoring the security of persons, premises and/or property

    Dear visitors,

    We inform you that Banca Transilvania S.A. ("the Bank"), a credit institution, Romanian legal entity with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobanților, 30-36, Cluj, telephone number 0264 308028 or *8028, registered with the Trade Register under no. J1993004155124, with unique code RO 5022670, has the legal obligation and legitimate interest to monitor the locations where it carries out its activity, in order to ensure the security of persons, premises and property.

    To this end, in the Bank's premises provided with human guard posts, in order to allow you access to the premises, the staff in charge of security will identify you on the basis of your valid ID card and your name, surname, ID card number and series will be entered in a special register. The registers will be kept in physical format for the legally established period, and the data entered in these registers will be disclosed, as the case may be, to the company providing security for the premises or communicated on request to the institutions and authorities entitled to receive them, under the conditions and for the purposes laid down by law.

    Refusal to have your personal data processed as mentioned above may result in you being refused access to the Bank's premises.
