To send a complaint about an SMS that was not addressed to you, you only have to go through 3 steps:
- enter the phone number on which you received the message that was not for you
- we will send you a code on the number you entered, which you will have to fill in to validate that it belongs to you
- after validating the phone number, give us a few more details so we can identify and remedy the situation
