❗ You can open an online account only if your company is registered with the Trade Register and you are the sole shareholder and legal representative of the company.
You must meet the following criteria:
➤ to be the sole shareholder and legal representative of the company for which you wish to open the account;
➤ be a resident and have an identity card issued in Romania;
➤ your company must be an SRL, an SRL-D or PFA registered with the Trade Register;
➤ for certain fields of activity you may have to come to a BT establishment.

For all other situations in which you do not meet the eligibility conditions for opening an online account, we are waiting for you in our establishments.
What documents you need in the unit:
➤ Articles of incorporation of the company
➤ Certificate of Registration with the Commercial Register
➤ The certificate issued by the ONRC no later than 30 days before the documents for opening the account are submitted to the bank
➤ For non-residents you need all the mentioned documents legalized and translated into Romanian and a copy of the VAT registration number in the country of residence

If you want to open a business accountyou can do it 100% online, from anywhere. However, you should know that we can process your online account application Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00. If you send it to us after 19:00, we will be able to process it the next day from 09:00. And if you apply at the weekend, we will deal with it on Monday after 09:00. 😃
