This employee, don't know her name, yesterday she was at the first counter, every time she has an attitude with a hint of superiority, arrogance, finds "solutions" not to help you. When I thanked her for her "kindness" she felt obligated to tell the agency manager that I don't understand the program, lest I complain. This bothered me because they were in the office for a while before they both came and, as if nothing happened, the lady director showed me a brochure and tried to convince me how fast I would get the statement and how well the online part works, I send an e-mail, get a code by sms, etc... this so the employee would not waste 2 clicks and solve the problem.
    Some time ago this employee, even though she didn't know the problem, intervened in a discussion when I was at another counter. Yesterday I noticed that she behaved just as unprofessionally to the customer in front of me, so it was not an "oversight".
