Big disappointment...
After I made an appointment at 11:30, arrived 5 minutes early, waited in line 30 minutes outside because the lady at the door wouldn't let anyone in, a gentleman came out to ask people in line what to do. When he got to me, he got a hand on my head and asked me why I didn't go in, I told him the security lady wouldn't let me, he invited me in and I waited there some more. The security lady again told me to come out, but luckily this time I told her I was called by her colleague for an appointment and she let me stay.

Moving on, the reason I went to the bank was to open a first year free account for my company. All of this was happening on March 7, 2022, as my firm was established on March 9, 2021 (less than 12 months prior, so eligible for the offer). The lady at the counter, Laura Burescu, had no idea what was going on. First she told me that because the company started with 3 associates (who later withdrew), they all had to come with their identity cards, then she told me that the CPAG offer is only valid until the company is one year old, which is completely false. She told me that she also spoke to the boss, and she said the same thing, even after I showed them the article on IntrebBT which says exactly "The CPAG offer is valid for a whole year on the condition that you activate it in the first year of the company's foundation". He didn't want to give me this answer in writing, probably out of fear that I was right, and sent me home, saying there was nothing he could do.

What to see, I was right, the next day, I went to the branch in Piata Unirii and the lady there opened my account, with the offer, without any problem.

In conclusion, very bad organization, the employees are not educated about the offers they have, and they are not inclined to solve customers problems.
