Unbelievable but true - the worst banking service I've received in Romania today, starting with the person who checks in customers, continuing with the person at the counter (I can provide the first name) and the "support team". Disinterest, customer misinformation or most likely incompetence? Probably all three... Avoid this location - which is also the Iasi Branch (i.e. "the one" in Iasi) as much as possible - especially for problems with BT-issued debit cards. Official complaint to CSALB - for starters - follows. The quality of service is de Pocreaca - for the Iasians who know what it means.
