Totally unprofessional. Customers are not taken in order of arrival, but in order of knowledge of the employees. Although it is a big branch, the waiting time is several times longer than in other banks' tiny offices.

I arrived there with my child, I waited for an hour while the security guard (it was a lady) told me to sit on the chair that I still had to wait...I sat down and 2 people got in front of me while I had been there for an hour.I told the lady from the USA and she said they were before me, although they had entered after me...They do not have an order in which people should enter..and the auxiliary staff consider themselves superior to the customers.
