No one answers the phone number on the website for the Unirii branch in Alba Iulia Square.
I haven't received the new card since 14 December, although delivery was promised in 7 days. Where can I complain?
I've been calling the phone number for 4 hours and no one answers and they say everyone is busy. That's not possible.
ORIBABLE!!! I stood in line for 40min strictly because 2 of the bank employees at the frontdesk didn't know how to speak English with a customer, they were calling him "statement" they didn't even know the translation for statement, there is always a hell of a line, the staff leaves something to be desired INCLUDING the gentlemen at security who are ironic with customers, when are we going to wake up to reality???? YOU ARE PAID WITH OUR MONEY, THOSE WHO STAY 40 minutes in line, for some TIME MEANS MONEY, you finish your program and go home and for us, you mess up our schedule and appointments for a day, because you are INAPPROPRIATE! There is NO EXISTENCE that in a bank you can't speak English with a customer!
Stefania managed to give me unequivocal answers and to solve all the operations that other BT people failed (or wanted), with calm and professionalism.
I had a very excellent experience thanks to Mrs L.F. . she helped me enormously and understood my problem!
