The "ladies" who work at the coresi mall agency have a very phlegmatic attitude towards the bank's clients! Not only with me but also with the other clients who entered the agency while I was there.

At Banca Transilvania in Coresi, you're never welcome. If you go to open a bank account on the company , you need programming , otherwise you can not help ( although there are 4 counters and another good hour of the program ) Somehow you feel and stupid that you allow yourself to go to open a new bank account at this bank , you give them extra work . It invites you to try opening the account online, but if you are not a sole shareholder, you can not do it online. It would be appropriate to suggest a service, if you can use it by anyone, without being conditioned in any way.
If somehow you can help , it would be good to check your work , because they do not do it to the end ( concrete case : Change the administrator of the company , ask to be removed the right of the old administrator on internet banking applications , but they cancel the rights only on BT24 , not on Neobanking- although it is all their application) ; But we are obliged to sign GDPR forms, but it seems that the bank's employees do not take care of our data in their turn.

Staff lacking courtesy! I submitted a request for passage from ROBOR to IRCC, after it was approved I was called to sign and I was told that it will be implemented in 1-2 days and I will get the due date.
After a week I called them, they told me that the girl who was busy is on vacation but that she is interested and calls me back, of course I was not called. I went to the agency 2 days after and I was told the same thing, that she was interested and I would be contacted. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have any answers
