    Practice and training for professionals with value is a project co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 (EEP), Policy Objective: 4 "A more social and inclusive Europe through the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights", Priority: P08 "Increasing accessibility, attractiveness and quality of vocational and technical education", Specific Objective: ESO4.5 'Improving the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness and labour market relevance of education and training systems, including by validating non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competences, including entrepreneurial and digital competences, and by promoting the introduction of dual training and apprenticeship schemes (ESF+).

    The project implementation period is December 1, 2024 - November 30, 2027.

    The total value of the project is 2.451.935,40 RON, and the EU co-financing amount is 2.341.464,36 RON.

    The objective of the project is to increase the relevance of vocational training of 268 students through the organization of 444 internships at the employer. Among others you can learn different insights from the world human banking:

    • Improve the relevance of vocational training for a number of 268 pupils, by participating in practical training internships with economic agents and for occupations related to their field of training.
    • Developing the level of motivation and engagement in work-based learning activities through innovation and creativity for 268 trainees by providing allowances for traineeships and organizing professional competitions with prizes.
    • Raising awareness of the link between training needs and labor market needs, by creating a coordinated two-way information system: from companies to the network of educational institutions and from educational institutions to companies.
    • Upgrading the qualification level of 243 trainees by participating in the professional qualification certification exams and obtaining the professional competence certificate.

    How can you be part of our story?

    • You are aged between 18 and 29 at the date of entry;
    • You must be enrolled in a unit of vocational and technical education, including dual, at a school in the national education system member of the partnership implementing the project, respectively students at the "Costin C. Kirițescu" Economic College
    • You must be legally domiciled in Romania in the developed region of Bucharest-Ilfov (Bucharest Municipality, Ilfov County);
    • They must not have been enrolled in the target group of another project co-financed by the EOP 2021-2027.

    How will the project work?

    Internships will last:

    11th grade - 120 hours (6 hours/day, 20 days/year school)

    12th grade - 150 hours (6 hours/day, 25 days/school year)

    Each student enrolled in the project who will complete the internship will receive a gross allowance of 720 lei (grade XI) and 900 lei (grade XII).

    In addition, students will have the opportunity to take part in a professional competition where they can win prizes worth 300 lei (net) each.

    The project is aligned with the European Union's priorities on the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights which aims to develop a fairer and more inclusive Union. In addition, they aim at improving the quality and relevance of education for the labor market, promoting digital and entrepreneurial skills and integrating dual training programs.

    By implementing these programs, Banca Transilvnia reaffirms its commitment to invest in education, to support the professional development of young people and to contribute to maintaining a sustainable business environment in Romania.
