    Banca Transilvania is launching the project "Good experiences keep us together", co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 (EEP), with the aim of Increasing the quality of the vocational education and training offer in order to ensure the equity of the system and a better adaptation to the dynamics of the labor market and to the challenges of innovation and technological progress. 

    We aim to actively engage in Improving the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness and labour market relevance of education and training systems, including by validating non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competences, including entrepreneurial and digital competences, and by promoting the introduction of dual training and apprenticeship schemes (ESF+).

    The project implementation period is December 1, 2024 - November 30, 2026.

    • You will have the opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial skills and learn about important topics such as environmental protection, green energy and the circular economy. With this know-how, you will be better prepared for a successful career, whether you want to start your own business or work in an environmentally conscious company.
    • You will have the opportunity to take part in internships organized by Banca Transilvania, where you will learn concrete things about your field of study and develop the knowledge you already have, but at a different level.
    • In order to keep you motivated during your internships, you'll receive allowances and various professional competitions
    • Successfully completing your internship will give you a recognized qualification, which will be an important asset on your CV
    • We are constantly connected to labor market needs to understand what skills are in demand. This information is used to improve educational programs for you to enjoy.

    How can you be part of our story?

    • You are aged between 18 and 35 at the date of entry;
    • You must be enrolled in an accredited higher education institution (public or private) in an ISCED 6-8 program;
    • You must be legally domiciled in Romania in one of the less developed regions - Centru, Sud-Est, Sud-Muntenia, Sud-Vest Oltenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest;
    • They must not have been enrolled in the target group of another project co-financed by the EOP 2021-2027.

    How will the project work?

    The internships will last 90 hours, spread over 15 working days and will take place in Banca Transilvania branches and agencies. The duration of the internships will be adapted according to the program of each partner university.

    You will develop both personally and professionally through a special course designed to improve your entrepreneurial skills. You will learn about super important topics such as environmental protection, climate change and the circular economy. Then you'll get hands-on experience at Banca Transilvania, one of the largest banks in Romania. 

    In addition, at the end of your internship you will receive a net allowance of 540 lei (the amount may vary depending on the number of hours of internship provided in the program of each partner university) and you have the chance to win prizes of 2,000 lei (gross) in a professional competition.

    The project is aligned with the European Union's priorities on the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights which aims to develop a fairer and more inclusive Union. In addition, they aim at improving the quality and relevance of education for the labor market, promoting digital and entrepreneurial skills and integrating dual training programs.
