You can define work locations individually or by uploading a file with multiple locations to BT Payroll. Each work location can have a different contact person for picking up cards from the courier.
Orders are placed online from the BT Payroll platform by uploading a file with employee details. You can download a template file directly from the platform. To reissue, select the employee and click the 'Reissue' button.
Once the user is created, they receive an e-mail and an SMS with all the necessary login information. If you forget your password, you can quickly reset it from the platform.
You can define several types of users depending on the rights you wish to offer, through an application signed by a company representative. Everything is defined to make it easier to manage the voucher agreement with the bank.
