Terms and conditions regarding the opening of an online account through Internet / Mobile Banking - BT24

By accepting the "Terms and Conditions" presences, I request Banca Transilvania S.A. to open online a current account in the selected currency.

The statement of the new account can be viewed online, through Internet and Mobile Banking services, depending on the contracted services, or it can be obtained from BT units. Duplicate extracts requested from BT units will be commissioned according to the decisions of fees and commissions in force mentioned in the List of fees and commissions.

The new open account can be closed only by presenting it at one of the units of Banca Transilvania, it cannot be closed online.

The fees related to the transactions carried out from the newly opened account, the account management fees, the fees and commissions applicable to the opening of the new account requested are those provided in the General Business Conditions, Brochure of Fees and Commissions.

I declare on my own responsibility that:

• I have checked and agree to the fees and fees applicable to the new account available below

• I understand that they can be modified depending on the legislative changes and/or the modification of the internal policy of Banca Transilvania, in compliance with the contractual provisions
• are the real beneficiary of the amounts to be received / transferred respectively of the amounts that will be raised from this account throughout its existence and that I will use the account only for carrying out the operations allowed by the legal regulations in force.
