- payments in lei and foreign currency to beneficiaries with accounts opened with Banca Transilvania

2. Payment fees lei
Interbank payments made via BTGo Internet Banking: in instalments, depending on the value of the transactions, as follows:
The fees charged by Banca Transilvania for the interbank transactions include the TRANSFOND fees charged by the two entities as administrators of the SENT settlement systems, respectively regis, as follows:
- For receipts made on the basis of debit payment instruments by electronic compensation, the TRANSFOND commission is 0.88 lei / collection;
- For the debt payment instruments refused, the TRANSFOND commission is 0.55 lei / refusal;
- For payments with a payment order, the fees charged by TRANSFOND are:
- 0.51 lei / payment for transactions between 0 - 49,999.99 lei, TRANSFOND commission for processing through SENT system;
- RON 6.00 / payment for transactions > RON 50,000 (inclusive) or any amount settled as a matter of urgency for processing through reGIS system.
- For instant payments, the Transfond commission is 0.45 lei/payment, and for cash-outs the Transfond commission is 0 lei.
3. Currency payment fees
Non SEPA payments
0.10% of the amount, minimum 15 EUR, maximum 600 EUR (SWIFT/TRANSFOND fee included)
SEPA payments
By instalments, depending on the value of the operation:
Instant interbank payments in EUR to an account opened with a bank in the SEPA area that has joined TIPS (Target Instant Payment Settlement), in installments, all in euro equivalent
The SEPA payment is that payment which cumulatively meets the following conditions:
- is a payment in EUR;
- is an orderly payment under "normal" (without urgency) regime, with SHA fee;
- the beneficiary bank is a bank from one of the sepa countries and has joined the Sepa payment schemes.
The SEPA space consists of:
- The Member States of the European Union:;
- Euro area countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Slovenia;
- Non-eurozone countries: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden;
- Member States of the European Economic Area (EEA): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway;
- Non-EEA countries (European Economic Area) that are part of SEPA: Switzerland, Monaco, Albania, Andorra, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, the United Kingdom, and the Vatican.
SEPA will also be extended to the following territories, considered part of the European Union (Art. 299 Treaty of Rome): Martinique, Guadalupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the Aland Islands.
In the case of SEPA payments, Banca Transilvania will not charge a correspondent bank fee.
Fee for the urgent processing and notification of foreign currency payments 30 EUR
The emergency processing and communication fee shall be charged together with the fees related to the operation. The operation commissioned in emergency regime is carried out on the same day the currency date or the currency date - the next working day (for payments made between 09:00 - 18:00), and the final swift message is sent to the branch on the day of the operation.
NOTE: In addition to Transilvania Bank's fees, in the case of payments in foreign currency to other banks, in the case of transfers with the SHA option (except for SEPA payments) and OUR, correspondent bank fees will be charged, the amount of which is set by them.
4. DSP payments ** (payments to countries in Europe) - include payments to DSP countries in DSP currencies.

DSP countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Great Britain, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
SDR currencies usedin Banca Transilvania: Danish krone (DKK), Swiss franc (CHF), pound sterling (GBP), Norwegian krone (NOK), Polish zloty (PLN), Czech koruna (CZK), leu (RON), Swedish krona (SEK), Hungarian forint (HUF).
PLEASE NOTE: DSP payments can only be made with SHA fees. No payments can be made under the DSP under ben commissioning regime.
For non-DSP** and non-SEPA payments, intermediary banks' fees shall be communicated to customers and withheld after payment has been made; they shall be borne as follows:
- In the case of payments with the option "OUR" by the BT customer authorising the payment;
- In the case of payments with the option "BEN" by the payee;
- In the case of payments with the 'SHA' option, the payment officer shall bear the commission of the correspondent bank of BT, the rest of the fees being borne by the beneficiary.

If you select the our commissioning mode for NON DSP and non SEPA payments, the following fees are charged:
- Payments in EUR - correspondent bank fee is 22 EUR
- Payments in USD - correspondent bank fee is $ 15
- For currency payments that require changes (e.g. mismatch between name and recipient account, payee account and foreign currency sent) it is possible for the recipient bank to withhold an additional fee (repair charges); in this case, the commission requested by the beneficiary bank / modified currency payment shall be communicated to BT's customers and shall be withheld after the payment has been made, as they are received from the beneficiary bank.
