If you have used your card in the last 6 months, we will issue you a new card.
We'll let you know by SMS where you can pick it up, but you can also request it at home and we'll send it by courier. If you prefer to pick it up from another unit, you can request the transfer of the card to the new unit in 2 ways:

➤⠀if you are an individual you have Mastercard Direct or virtual card in EURO, which you can issue from BT Pay.
➤⠀even if you are a legal entity, Mastercard Business is for you. 😉
Click 'More' on the BT Pay homescreen - from there choose the 'Issue a card to someone else' option. The card will be attached to the same account as your own card.
