#Milestones

  • On Black Friday, November 7, Banca Transilvania set new records for transactions made through its payments ecosystem, including cards, apps, POS and ATMs. There were 11 million transactions carried out in a single day, +14% compared to Black Friday 2024.

  • 30,000 people applied in a single day for Banca Transilvania Group products and services in Bank Friday 2025, a record for BT's online bank shopping campaigns.

  • The bank coordinated, as lead arranger, the EUR 300 million syndicated financing for Autonom Services.

  • BT and the Investment and Development Bank have launched a partnership to support SMEs in Romania by facilitating their access to secured financing, reducing costs and simplifying access to credit.

Moody's Ratings has upgraded the issuer and deposit ratings of Banca Transilvania.

  • A new edition of Investor Day took place in Bucharest.

  • Banca Transilvania has successfully completed the largest AT1 bond issue in Central and Eastern Europe, attracting EUR 500 million from international capital markets.

  • In BT's latest videoconference with investors, the financial results of the Banca Transilvania Group for the first nine months of the year were presented.

  • BT Capital Partners successfully brokered the bond issue of Agroserv Măriuța, which owns the Dairy with Caimac brand, and raised €3 million.

#Mergers & Acquisitions

Banca Transilvania reaches 800,000 participants in Pillar 2 and 3 pension funds following the acquisition of BRD Pensii. The BRD Pensii company will be called BT Pensii Plus and will manage the BRD fund, renamed Pensia Noastra (Pillar 2).

#Awards

Banca Transilvania was recognized on several levels for its relationship with investors at the Gala by ARIR(Romanian Association for Investor Relations), an event organized in Bucharest.

NeoBT Mobile and NeoBT Web have become BT Pay Mobile and Web (for individuals) and BT Go Mobile and Web (for businesses). The change is part of the bank's plan, announced earlier this year, to simplify the customer experience by having two banking apps - BT Pay and BT Go - instead of four.
