NeoBT Mobile and Web became BT Pay Mobile and Web (for individuals) and BT Go Mobile and Web (for businesses)

November 24 November 2025 Reading time 3:00 minutes

  • NeoBT Mobile and Web can no longer be accessed. The recommendation for retail customers is to use BT Pay (Mobile and Web) and for business customers BT Go (Mobile and Web).
  • NeoBT Web has become BT Pay Web.
  • Moving to the new apps means simplification and access to the same functionality for customers.

Context:

The change is part of BT's migration plan, announced in January 2025, with BT Pay and BT Go gradually replacing NeoBT and BT24. It is a step taken by the bank to simplify for customers and strengthen BT's digital identity.

BT Pay Mobile and Web - for individuals:

  • BT Pay Mobile can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, App Store and HUAWEI AppGallery.
  • BT Pay Web is aimed at customers who prefer to manage their money using their laptop or computer. Neo Web users will be migrated automatically and will be able to access the new app using the same credentials. From November 24, 2025, BT Pay Web can be accessed from the Internet Banking section of the bank's website. People still accessing the old site are automatically directed to BT Pay Web.

BT Go Mobile and Web - for business:

  • BT Go Mobile targets customers who manage their business finances using their phone. The app can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, App Store and HUAWEI AppGallery.
  • As of November 24, 2025, business customers can access the BT Go Web platform to manage from their laptop or computer. People still accessing the former NeoBT website are automatically directed to the web application login page.

For online safety:

BT Pay and BT Go offer customers a very high level of protection, with secure authentication and permanent transaction monitoring.

The bank recommends that customers use devices with up-to-date operating systems, do not share login information and follow good online security practices.

BT does not ask for personal data or access details in banking applications through any channel, nor does BT ask for the installation of applications through links.
