Banca Transilvania coordinated, as lead arranger, the EUR 300 million syndicated financing for Autonom Services

Banca Transilvania, as global coordinator and documentation agent, was part of the syndicate of banks that provided Autonom Services with a EUR 300 million financing facility, with the possibility to extend the facility by up to EUR 50 million.

The structure of the syndicated financing comprises a revolving credit facility of up to EUR 250 million for the refinancing of existing facilities and the purchase of vehicles and equipment, and a revolving credit facility of up to EUR 50 million for general corporate purposes.

This financing, which includes a sustainability component, reflects our commitment to support local companies with growth potential and positive impact on the economy.
