July was, for the Banca Transilvania Group, about the launch of the world's first BT Mastercard cards, the announcement of a new design for BT Visa UNTOLD cards, the listing of its first lei issue, a new CEO for its newest company - INNO Investments, the first successful payments through the European ID European Wallet and much more.

- Banca Transilvania and Mastercard have launched the world's first cards in partnership with the McLaren Formula 1 Team. There are two digital cards, issued and managed exclusively from the BT Pay application, one in lei, the other in euro.
- The bank has started issuing the physical BT Visa UNTOLD UNTOLD physical card with OLED technology, a first in Romania, to people who have registered online for it between March and April 2025 and apply for the card by July 31, 2025, through the BT Pay app.
- The BT Visa UNTOLD 2025 digital card, which can be used from the BT Pay app, has a new design, inspired by this year's UNTOLD festival theme and, from this year, a sound effect with every payment or money transfer.

Together with Visa, Banca Transilvania has announced the successful realization of the first payments based on the EU Digital Identity Wallet. What is EUDI Wallet? The mobile application for European Union citizens to prove their identity online, access public/private services across the EU and carry out secure transactions. The project is currently in the pilot testing phase.

- Banca Transilvania's first sustainable bond issue in lei debuted on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (TLV32).
- The bank has doubled its number of shareholders since 2021 to almost 71,000. BT means ≈80% Romanian capital and ≈20% foreign capital.

Vlad Micu has been appointed CEO of INNO Investments, the newest company of the Banca Transilvania Group (originally OTP Asset Management), which will specialize in alternative investment fund management.
