Over 430,000 people used the AI Search feature last year, 70% of whom were visitors to the Ask BT website.
AI Search can be accessed on most of the BT Group websites, Banca Transilvania, Ask BT, Finance for Everyone, Starbt.ro, BT Go, BT Asset Management, BT Leasing and BT Pensions. Ask BT is the first site where the bank integrated artificial intelligence, in 2023. Other sites followed in 2024, all now based on the latest version, GPT-4o.
We are pleased that both initiatives - AI Search and Ask BT - have been pioneers in their respective fields and are the most important projects in the areas in which they operate, contributing to both accurate and user-friendly information and financial education. BT has a strong commitment to continue investing in and simplifying access to financial information.
