The animated BT Visa UNTOLD digital card in the BT Pay app features a new design inspired by the UNTOLD 2026 theme, “A New Journey.” The griffin, the symbol of this year’s festival, is the central element of the card, evoking a desire for exploration as well as the magic of a new chapter for the UNTOLD community.

For those who already have this digital card, the design update will be applied automatically in BT Pay this week. The 2026 edition continues the series of UNTOLD-themed Visa cards, a collection that has so far featured the following characters: the Hummingbird (in 2025), Mother Nature (in 2024), and the Light Phoenix (in 2023).

Card with sound effects: the UNTOLD atmosphere in every transaction

Every payment or transfer made with the BT Visa UNTOLD is accompanied by a sound effect that also evokes the festival’s atmosphere.

Benefits of the BT Visa UNTOLD for the festival community

The BT Visa UNTOLD is a debit card in lei that can be issued instantly and free of charge via BT Pay. Those who wish to obtain such a card should go to the “Add Cards” section in the app and select the UNTOLD tab.

Among the card’s benefits are: access to private campaigns for purchasing tickets at a preferential price, a 5% discount on UNTOLD products purchased at the festival or on the official website, as well as on official accommodations provided by UNTOLD, and 4% credit points in your Booking.com account when paying for a reservation with the BT Visa UNTOLD card via the link available in the “Offers” section of BT Pay.

Until July 5, 2026, BT Visa UNTOLD cardholders can purchase UNTOLD passes online at a discounted price of 109 euros + taxes. The promotion is available in BT Pay,under the Offers section.

200,000 BT Visa UNTOLD cards

BT has been the official bank of UNTOLD since its very first edition. The cashless payment experience at the festival, via the festival wristband, is provided by Banca Transilvania. The BT Visa UNTOLD portfolio has reached 200,000 digital and physical cards.
