BT24 and BT GO apps currently work intermittently

#2 Update:

The BT24 (internet & mobile) and BT Go apps work normally.

#1 Update: 

• For businesses, BT Go works as normal, and for those who do not have BT Go, we recommend using the web version of BT24.
• For individual customers we recommend using the BT Pay app which covers almost all the functionalities of the BT24 app, or the web version of BT24.

We are currently experiencing some difficulties with the BT24 and BT Go applications. Our colleagues are working to fix the problem.

Until then, the main functionalities of the apps are available in BTPay - both in the cards section and in the accounts area.
