Flanco and BT Direct launch a co-branded card that brings customers 5% of the value of the purchase back to the card

Flanco and BT Direct, the consumer finance division of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, announce a partnership through which they offer new services and benefits to common customers.

The two companies launch the Credit Card Direct Card from Flanco, which brings customers 5% of the value of the purchases made in any flanco physical store or on the flanco.ro, back, on the card. Purchases can be paid in full or in installments with very affordable interest rate of 1% / month.

"We wantto offer our customers as diverse ways as possible to pay for their purchases, which will bring them both the opportunity to invest in the latest technology they want, as well as additional financial advantages. Through the partnership with BT Direct, they can choose between the option to pay for the products in 3, 10 or 15 installments without interest and the option to pay them in full or in installments with easy interest, with the added benefit of receiving back on the card 5% of the purchase value. If, for example, they want to benefit from a limited offer, but it takes a few more days before the salary will enter the account, they can opt for a grace period of up to 55 days, with 0% interest. The options are diverse, and our consultants in the stores can help each client find the most suitable one", says Ovidiu Nicusan, Marketing Director, Flanco Retail.

Another advantage offered to customers through this partnership is the possibility to pay any BT Direct installment, regardless of the nature of the loan, in the entire National Flanco network, consisting of 153 stores.

Together with Flanco we launch a card that capitalizes on the advantages we have on the market in terms of financing method. Flanco's Direct Card means quick access to money, the possibility to quickly purchase the necessary products and proximity", says Nicoleta Bott, Interim General Manager, BT Direct.

With the new Direct Card from Flanco, customers can shop in stores or online, with 0% interest during the grace period, up to 55 days; contactless payments for purchases up to 100 lei; mobile phone payments through the BT Pay application, as well as cash withdrawals. Moreover, the card also allows payment in installments without interest, directly to pos. Another advantage is the fact that the installments can be made for purchases from anywhere in the country or abroad, from any physical store or online, with full payment. At least 500 lei spent, the transaction can be divided into 3 installments without interest or between 4 and 36 installments, with only 1% monthly interest, through the Rate Anywhere program, and the benefit can be activated by SMS.

The card also comes with multiple options for the reimbursement of installments:

• in Flanco stores;
• at BT Express ATMs;
• through the Paypoint system, at any payment terminal;
• through the Pago application, installed on the phone;
• by interbank transfer;
• by predefined payment order through BT24 Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.

The Direct Card from Flanco is issued exclusively in the retailer's stores, simply and quickly, in 10 minutes, with a minimum of documents – the identity ones. Monthly, customers will receive an SMS informing them of the amount of the accumulated bonus. When they want to use it, regardless of the store or the type of purchase, they must answer the SMS in the next 3 days, with the text "Bonus + its value" (e.g. Bonus xx lei).
