Banca Transilvania continued its participation this year in the Best Managed Companies Romania program, developed by Deloitte in partnership with Salesforce and the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. The program recognizes entrepreneurial excellence based on an international methodology that evaluates strategy, organizational culture and commitment, innovation and resources, as well as governance and financial performance.

Best Managed Companies, held annually in nearly 50 countries since 1993, offers certified companies the opportunity to recertify their status if they maintain or improve their performance in accordance with international standards.

A more mature entrepreneurial ecosystem generates long-term benefits for the entire economy: better-governed companies, more responsible investments, more stable jobs, and a greater ability to cope with economic changes. By supporting the Best Managed Companies program in Romania, we are helping to strengthen these pillars.

Companies certified and recertified in 2026, local businesses with revenues exceeding 25 million euros

Over 100 entrepreneurial companies registered for this year’s edition, and 30 advanced to the main stage—the workshops and recertification interviews organized by Deloitte and the program’s partners. In total, the companies benefited from over 400 hours dedicated to the exchange of know-how and best practices.

Companies undergoing their first certification: Express Euroscan, LG Trans, Concelex, Adrem Energy Solutions, Oberhauser Invest Group, Niran Co. Products, ATP Motors RO, Maracana, Concrete & Design Solutions, Team Montage, and Leviatan Group.
