Banca Transilvania is supporting the development of PRIMA Solis, the first high-end project in eastern Bucharest, through a EUR 37 million loan to PRIMA Development Group.

Strong market interest in the PRIMA Solis project has been evident since the very first stage of development, announced by PRIMA Development Group at the beginning of the year. Just six months after sales began, nearly half of the apartments in the project’s first phase have already been sold.. 

PRIMA Solis is designed as an urban regeneration project that contributes to the transformation of a key area of Bucharest and the development of a new community. Developed to the nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standard, it will provide future residents with solutions for reduced energy consumption and a higher level of comfort. Upon completion, the residential complex will comprise nearly 1,700 apartments, over 1,000 parking spaces, retail premises, and other amenities.
