BT Broker de Asigurare, leader in the CASCO brokerage segment, is entering a new stage of development with the launch of its own franchise network. With this collaboration model, Banca Transilvania Financial Group aims to build a national network along local entrepreneurs.

The first step has been taken through a partnership with DIASIG VEST, a company from Cluj-Napoca. The contract was signed by Valentin Coroiu, CEO of BT Broker de Asigurare, and Diana Borzan, Director of DIASIG VEST.

From specialized to universal broker

In 2025, BT Broker de Asigurare announced its plan to diversify its business model, aiming to turn from a specialist broker into a universal broker with national coverage. The new direction means digital services, personalized advice and a diversified portfolio for both individuals and companies.

We thank DIASIG VEST for its openness and for the trust we are starting this joint journey with. The partnership helps us build a scalable model, which we will extend across the company to be closer to people and to what they need. It is the first step towards a national franchise network, made up of partners who share the same values as us and put customers first. At the end of 2025, BT Broker de Asigurare counted over 46,000 customers. The number of policies brokered increased by 17% in 2025 compared to 2024, to almost 140,000.
