Banca Transilvania is supporting the acquisition of Pall-Ex Romania by the Romanian investment fund BoldMind Capital Partners through financing that covers a large portion of the funds needed for the transaction, which exceeds 25 million euros.

Through this transaction, BT is helping to develop a major player in the logistics infrastructure in Romania and the wider region. Pall-Ex Romania is part of one of Europe’s most extensive distribution networks for palletized goods and has significant growth prospects, particularly in the cross-border services segment, driven by the increase in trade within the region.

For Banca Transilvania, this financing represents yet another opportunity to support investments that contribute to economic development and help connect Romanian companies to international trade flows. At the same time, the transaction strengthens BT’s role as a partner in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects.

BoldMind is an investment fund launched in 2025 that focuses on growth and consolidation opportunities in Romania, Bulgaria, and Croatia.
