On 1 May we take a short break and BT units will be closed. 😊
If you need us, you can find us in BT units in shopping centres between 12:00 and 18:00. Our opening hours are also adapted to their timetable, and we recommend you check them before visiting us.
What operations you can do:
- Currency exchange by currency exchange office
- Bank statements
- Card issuance, card reissue, pin reset, payment refusal, card transaction limit change, card lock, BT24 and NEO activation/modification, SMS Alert
- Scoring and documentation retrieval for credits
- Collection of debit instruments for settlement purposes
