BT24 has become BT Pay (for individuals) and BT Go (for businesses)

BT24 Mobile and BT24 Internet Banking are no longer available, but for managing banking operations, customers—both individuals and legal entities—can use the BT Pay and BT Go apps, available in mobile and web versions:

For individuals:

• BT Pay Mobile can be downloaded for free from Google Play Store, App Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
• BT Pay Web is available in the Internet Banking section of the bank's website and is designed for people who prefer to manage their finances from their laptop or computer. Customers who access the old BT24 Internet Banking interface are automatically redirected to BT Pay Web, where they can use the same login details to connect.
  
  

For companies:

• BT Go Mobile allows you to manage your company's finances directly from your phone and can be downloaded for free from Google Play Store, App Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
• BT Go Web for managing company finances from a laptop or computer. People who continue to access the former BT24 website are automatically redirected to the login page in web applications.
  
  

Context:

BT Pay and BT Go have become the only apps through which individual and corporate customers can bank with Banca Transilvania, according to the migration plan announced earlier this year. The switch to the new apps offers customers a simpler banking experience and access to the same features.

Recommendations for online safety

The BT Pay and BT Go apps provide a high level of protection through advanced authentication mechanisms and continuous transaction monitoring. Banca Transilvania recommends that customers use devices with up-to-date operating systems, avoid disclosing authentication information, and emphasizes that the bank does not request personal data or access credentials through any communication channel and does not send links for installing applications.
