A new Executive MBA Transilvania Executive Education (TEE) group begins classes this week. The program is 100% British, accredited by Buckingham University, and brings together professors from 12 universities and business experts from other countries and Romania. Banca Transilvania is one of its founders.

Profile of the new Executive MBA group: leaders with diverse experience and expertise

The new cohort brings together 19 individuals with key roles in areas such as finance and banking, IT, engineering, aviation, education, energy, and the non-profit sector. The average age is 41, and the average management experience is 15 years. The leadership structure is as follows: 21% C-level, 53% management, and 26% operational. Two of the participants are BT Roberto Marzanati scholarship recipients.

TEE Executive MBA: 2 years, 12 modules

Classes begin on February 21 in Cluj-Napoca with the Inductionmodule ,taughtby Dr. Andrew Taylor, director of the Executive MBA program, alongside representatives from Buckingham University.

The program runs over two years and comprises 12 modules: Leadership, HR, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations Management, Systems Thinking, Complexity, Governance and Business Ethics, Consulting, and Digital Transformation.

A growing community: nearly 250 EMBA TEE graduates

TEE Executive MBA was launched in 2014 in Cluj-Napoca, at the initiative of leaders from the business and academic communities: Banca Transilvania, Electrogrup, and Babeș-Bolyai University. Since then, nearly 250 people have graduated from this program, contributing to the development of the business environment and the growth of the community built around TEE.
