Idea::Bank has started developing a talent pool, a decisive step in this direction is the joining of Robert Anghel in the executive management team as Executive Vice President Business.

Robert Anghel, until now Director of Strategy and Business Development at ING Bank, is one of Romania's most experienced digital transformation professionals, with over 20 years of career in the banking, telecom and ecommerce industries. He has been part of large national and international projects in Europe and Asia. He is currently attending the University of Illinois MBA program, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions.

The assumption of duties will start after receiving the approval of the National Bank of Romania for this position.
