Redesign for BT24: new customer experience

BT24 Mobile Banking and the access page of BT24 Internet Banking have a new design, so that Banca Transilvania's clients benefit, starting today, from a superior experience.

 

Over 900 thousand customers use Internet Banking from Banca Transilvania, and over 300 thousand customers do mobile banking, having - through BT24 - quick and non-stop access to their own accounts.

 

BT24, the most useful options of over 100 functionalities:

  • On Mobile Banking, authentication can also be done with the fingerprint, which makes it easier to access the application and increases the security of customer transactions. Also, invoices are paid very easily, including by scanning the barcode. BT24 Mobile Banking is also useful when charging phone cards and purchasing the vignette.
  • Through BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, customers can block their BT card themselves, in case of losing it. Another handy option is to reset the PIN of the card, in case of forgetting it.
  • BT24 also has unique facilities on the Romanian market, such as the possibility to transfer money to a phone number or an email address, respectively the online management of the portfolio of fund units.
  • Most of all, BT24 Internet Banking is used for transferring money, as well as for paying invoices, and BT24 Mobile Banking, for checking the available funds in the account, paying invoices, currency exchange and for payments in RON.

 

Transilvania Bank's clients have at their disposal on the online platform Intreb BT, unique in Romania, useful information about BT24 Internet Bankig and Mobile Banking: use, options, facilities.

 

The advantages brought by the technology to customers have generated a significant increase in the number of those who use BT24, compared to last year, namely: +30% Internet Banking, respectively +75% Mobile Banking. Between January and July this year, over 11 million transactions were made through BT24, which means over 8,000 transactions / hour.

 

Clients who use BT24 are between 25 and 40 years old, are with at least average education, have limited free time, are people passionate about technology, interested in shopping and online banking.
