OTP Asset Management SAI SA has become Inno Investments, part of the Banca Transilvania Group, and will focus on alternative investment funds, a market with potential in Romania.
Banca Transilvania acquired OTP Asset Management in October 2024, in the context of the purchase of OTP Bank entities in Romania.
