OTP Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. became Inno Investments S.A.I. S.A.

OTP Asset Management S.A.I. S.A. has become Inno Investments S.A.I. S.A., part of the Banca Transilvania Group, and will focus on alternative investment funds, a market with potential in Romania.

Banca Transilvania acquired OTP Asset Management in October 2024, in the context of the purchase of OTP Group entities in Romania.
