BT Pay 's newest feature comes with a savings alternative for Banca Transilvania Group customers who use this app, Investments in funds managed by BT Asset Management (BTAM).
All the steps required to invest through BTAM funds are online: choosing the fund, signing the contract, trading and viewing the investment history. Customers also have the option of activating the recurring investment option.
The funds offer the possibility to invest from monthly income in one or several mutual funds, for short, medium or long term. The minimum amount for the first investment in a fund starts from 50 lei/25 euro/25 US dollars. BT Asset Management offers a wide range of investment funds, with very different degrees of risk and potential returns: from bond or fixed-income funds to funds investing in Romanian, EU or non-EU equities, including thematic funds - agri, energy, real estate or technology.
The new option brings BT customers closer to the world of investing, with a simple, quick experience that offers clarity in choosing the right fund based on the user's objectives. It's an important step in financial education and behavior formation through sound money management. Investment funds are a savings alternative that complement the BT Pay universe and help with long-term financial planning, including setting up a recurring investment. Users can choose funds that invest in the most important companies in Romania, promoting our country and supporting Romanian capital. The product range is complemented by funds investing in international companies in different fields, thus ensuring a diversified portfolio.
