Ask BT had a record number of visitors in 2022, over 4 million

Ask BTPlatform was visited last year by over 4 million people, +11% compared to 2021. The number of visits increased by almost 30%.

Banca Transilvania's largest online financial education program is designed as a search engine thanks to which information about all the bank's products and services can be easily found. With almost 2,000 questions and answers about banking, it is an information, education and guidance environment.

Întreb BT enjoys very high brand awareness and year on year it is consolidating its brand awareness. More than 60% of visitors came to the site by going directly to the site, followed by specific Google searches, which led to the site.

The bank noted the change in interest in 2022 compared to 2021 on the topics searched for by people who entered the site, being predominantly about the online solutions offered by BT: BT24 Mobile Banking, foreclosure management, branch appointments, getting bank statements online and bank transfers.

In terms of age categories, the greatest interest was from people aged 25-34, followed by those aged 35-44 and 45-54. This average has decreased compared to 2021, and the 25 - 34 year old category has become predominant.

There is also a growing interest in information about banking from Romanians abroad. The site is mainly visited from Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain and the Republic of Moldova. The number of visits from the Netherlands (35%) and Austria and Italy increased the most, with around 20% each.

Ask BT complements the bank's communication channels for customer relations - the BT website, the 500 branches in 180 locations, the Call Centre team, social media channels and chatbots.
